You might be a chance of finding out the answer to those questions this year when Goulburn Rugby hosts pre-season social touch matches at Poidevin Oval on February 2 and February 9.

The games are an opportunity to get players and supporters from all divisions of the club together. Teams will be picked on the night and between matches, or after the games, you can relax in the clubhouse watching whatever is on TV before the Super Rugby starts.

Parents can play with (or against) their kids. Husbands and wives can lineup against each other. Boyfriends and girlfriends… you get the idea.

So whether you’re up for playing competition rugby all year or if you see yourself more as a spectator or retiree, the social touch footy nights are a great opportunity to have a bit of club bonding.
